Softlink / Hardlink (Linux “ln” command) in Windows XP

I was wondering how to create softlink in windows xp as we do in link “ln -s <file>” command, and it’s much useful than just shortcut.
for e.g. you need to share same code base library file across different projects … and want to keep all of them sync. When such issue exist on windows xp, we miss “ln” command of linux.

Link Shell Extension … creates hardlink of any file / folder … from right click menu, and it’s very user friendly implementation. It creates hardlink of source file.
