What are the best ‘Agile Project Management Tools’ available?

Few days back, i was doing a research on what are the best agile project management tools are available in the market. In that, i downloaded free versions of those tools and collected few screenshots of them. Here i’m sharing it up thinking that it may help some one in similar scenario.

    I think you missed a few good tools here, and one of them is Yodiz, I don’t know if there is any other tool having every thing under one price tag..i like it and it should be here in the list…my 2 cents.

      Well, i personally inclined to Target Process, as it was covering almost all needs.
      Cost is a factor, which might cause problem.
